Payments

30% down payment within 10 days from the moment your reservation is confirmed. Final payment at the arrival. Payments can be done by bank transfer, ATM/Credit Card/ cash.

Cancellations

If you cancel any moment between the moment you book until 16 days before your arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
If you cancel any moment between 15 days to 8 days before your arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
If you cancel any moment during the week before your arrival, the total amount will be charged.

Upon request

Baby sitter: 10,00 € per hour.
Cleaning: 8,00 € per hour.
Optional bed: 30,00 € per week.
Additional linen: 10,00 € per person.
Animals are allowed upon request (free).

check in: from 4pm to 7pm
check out: no later than 10 am
Time are flexible upon request.

The Agriturismo Le Capanne and Villa Mezzavia are open all year long.
The Agriturismo Borgo Al Teto is closed from 1st October until the 30th of April.
